The International Journal of Computational Intelligence (IJCI) welcomes original scholarly contributions in computational intelligence, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, optimization, and related intelligent systems. Authors should ensure that their manuscripts comply with the journal's submission requirements, ethical standards, and double-anonymous peer-review policy before submission.
Submission Checklist
Use this as an ordered checklist:
1. The manuscript is original and is not under consideration by another journal.
2. The submission falls within the scope of IJCI.
3. All authors have approved the submitted manuscript.
4. The manuscript has been prepared according to the journal's author guidelines.
5. The manuscript file is anonymized for double-anonymous peer review.
6. Author names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, acknowledgements, and identifying information have been removed from the review manuscript.
7. All figures and tables are properly numbered and cited.
8. All sources and references are accurately cited.
9. Funding and competing-interest information has been prepared where applicable.
10. Ethical approval and informed-consent information is included where applicable.
11. The submitted files do not contain unnecessary confidential or identifying information.
12. The authors agree to the journal's publication ethics, copyright, and licensing policies.

Peer Review
All manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment followed by rigorous double-anonymous peer review. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts independently based on originality, scientific significance, methodological rigor, technical quality, clarity, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal's scope. Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit and the overall assessment of the manuscript.
Publication Fees
Any applicable publication fees are stated transparently by the journal and are independent of editorial and peer-review decisions. Payment of a publication fee does not influence manuscript acceptance.
Publication Cycle
IJCI follows a biannual publication schedule, with two issues published each year in January and July. Accepted articles are published online after completion of peer review and production.
